CHECK OUT THE MUSHROOM This first release mushrooms organized by the association was a complete success either at the time, the number of people, the atmosphere and harvesting!
From this output, nearly 50 people were at the rendezvous. People from Cressy to Limésy, Malaunay and Rouen. Indeed, twenty people Committee of the Madeleine district of Rouen led by Pierre-Antoine Sprimont were at the rendezvous. The rendezvous point where we were going to hunt mushrooms in the forest was Eawy on the town of Big-Sales.
In 2:30, big and small have walked and collected edible fungi or not. Under a beautiful blue sky and a cold bearable, what breath of fresh air!
Around 12:30, the participants gathered in the hall of Cressy to sort their harvest. Some people with Erik and Mary Huguerre specializing in mushrooms, were set to work. During this same time, the appetizer was served to guests.
Then came time to restore. I must say that lunch was held in a friendly atmosphere rather. During the meal, people could enjoy chanterelles, trumpets of death and other amethysts. A treat that taste these delicious mushroom dishes!
After the meal, Erik Huguerre gave us a very interesting presentation of different species of mushrooms that we picked. Presentation simple, interesting when one learns a lot about this strange world of the fungus.
I want to reiterate a big thank you to Erik and Mary Huguerre, without whom this day would not have happened, a Pierre-Antoine Sprimont, chairman of the Madeleine district Rouen and his friends, Guy Peignon Mayor Cressy, Maryvonne Bénureau to decorate the room, and of course the many who were present including Cressy.
